We invite co-operators and friends (whether attending the Ways Forward conference or not) to join us for food at ‘The 8th Day Cafe‘ on Oxford Road from 6.30pm.
Shortly after 7pm we’ll have a short presentation from workers at The 8th Day (a workers co-operative), about its history, with some time for questions.
From 7.30-8.30pm we will rearrange all the furniture speed-dating-style, for a rapid getting-to-know-each-other exercise, with half an hour at the end to follow up on any exciting conversations that you started.
If you’re joining for food, it’s £10 and you’ll need to book here.
But you’re also very welcome to turn up after 7pm just for the presentation and social.
